The story behind the photo:

We were walking around Horenka, one of the neighborhoods, on the outskirts of Kyiv, most destroyed by Russian bombing, when we heard voices coming out of a basement. Upon entering we found a few people, and an elderly woman who had been living in this basement for eight months now to protect herself from the Russian shelling, without water, light or heat.
